The Christmas ads are on the TV, there's a chill in the air, it's starting to feel like Christmas is on its way.  Living a Keto lifestyle at Christmastime can be challenging — especially on the day itself, but no need to worry, with these recipes we've got you. 

First, a low carb stuffing with only five grams of net carbs per serving that the whole family will enjoy. 

Recipe serves 4

Ingredients

4 tbsp butter

1 clove garlic, minced

0.5 small onion, diced

1 small carrot, peeled and chopped

1 celery stalk, chopped

1 small head cauliflower, chopped 

60g button mushrooms chopped

0.5tsp sea salt 

0.5tsp black pepper

0.5tbsp fresh sage, chopped

1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped

1tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

60g bone broth or vegetable stock 

Method 

Gather ingredients. 

Melt butter in a medium sized deep frying pan, saute garlic for about 2mins. 

Add onion, carrots and celery and saute for about 10 mins. 

Add cauliflower, mushrooms, salt and pepper, fry until soft (10-15 mins). 

Add herbs, stirring through vegetables.

Add in stock and simmer until liquid is fully absorbed (10-15mins).

Empty into serving dish and keep warm until ready to serve.
