Welcome and thanks for visiting, I’m Sam The Keto Bakery Founder and Baker.
The Keto Bakery was born out of my passion for cooking and belief in the healing power of living a Keto lifestyle.
My Keto journey began in 2017 when I started to follow the diet as a way to manage seizures caused by a brain tumour. Right from the start I enjoyed it, but I found completely cutting out sugary cakes and bread really difficult as they were foods I’d always loved.
Knowing that Keto was a going to be a lifestyle for me not a fad diet led me to look for alternatives. Finding nothing and certainly not anything free from additives. I got stuck in, making alternative versions of everything I missed; notably Keto-friendly brownies, cakes, biscuits, granola and breads.
In 2018 I started up The Keto Bakery from my home kitchen and began selling brownies in independent Organic shops in East London.
Keto can be challenging but it is so worthwhile. My mission with The Keto Bakery is to make it easy and enjoyable for you. Whether with a sweet treat to replace a sugary cake or bread to replace carb-loaded morning toast.
Everything we sell is made with Organic ingredients, always low carb, gluten free and free from sugar. All to support your Keto diet.
