Please allow 1-5 working days from placing your order to dispatch.
Orders are baked fresh and shipped via Royal Mail 1st class tracked and signed as standard.
If you prefer your bakes to be in the post for less time please choose Special delivery. (Please note this does not mean they will be baked and dispatched quicker simply that Royal Mail will endeavour to deliver next day once they receive them.)
We do not bake on Fridays or Saturdays as we don’t want your bakes to get stuck in the Royal Mail depot over the weekend.
If you would like your order to be delivered on a specific date please contact us (email@example.com) and we’ll do what we can to accommodate.
Due to the fresh nature of the product we do not accept returns.
We endeavour to protect your bakes from delivery damage in every possible way.
However, if you have any problems with your order on arrival, then please do contact us immediately by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or message us on instagram/Facebook (@theketobakeryuk) and we'll do our best to help you out.
If the problem is the fault of The Keto Bakery we will either re-deliver or refund your purchased product, depending on your preference. In this case let us know within 24 hours of order receipt. Pictures are helpful to understand what happened.We will get back to you within 24 hours.
– If you are unable to accept delivery of our goods on the original delivery date, we cannot accept liability for any deterioration in product quality due to any factors outside our control. We sell perishable foods and if a perishable item is returned to us marked as “undeliverable” we cannot offer a store credit. So please make sure you check your address and be sure to be able to receive your delivery (we offer a tracked service to make this easier). We've had several orders returned to us and and we don't want to be creating food waste!
Unfortunately as our products are free from artificial ingredients they are perishable.
Storage is very important so please do open your order on receipt and keep your products as recommended: in an airtight container in a cool dark place.
