Smoked mackerel avocado pate.  Quick and easy low carb high fat lunch recipe.

Serves 1-2 Ingredients:  1 smoked mackerel fillet, skin removed 1 medium ripe avocado Optional chilli flakes, salt and pepper to season. Method: In a bowl mash up the ripe avocado and the mackerel fillet without the skin, add chilli flakes and salt/pepper to your taste Mix well  Serving suggestion: We recommend it spread on one of our essential bread rolls.
