- 1 smoked mackerel fillet, skin removed
- 1 medium ripe avocado
- Optional chilli flakes, salt and pepper to season.
- In a bowl mash up the ripe avocado and the mackerel fillet without the skin, add chilli flakes and salt/pepper to your taste
- Mix well
We recommend it spread on one of our essential bread rolls.
Alternatively enjoy as a dip as pictured with low carb vegetables such as celery, cucumber sticks, raw broccoli and cauliflower.
