Serves 1-2

Ingredients: 

  • 1 smoked mackerel fillet, skin removed
  • 1 medium ripe avocado
  • Optional chilli flakes, salt and pepper to season.

Method:

  • In a bowl mash up the ripe avocado and the mackerel fillet without the skin, add chilli flakes and salt/pepper to your taste
  • Mix well 

Serving suggestion:

We recommend it spread on one of our essential bread rolls.

Alternatively enjoy as a dip as pictured with low carb vegetables such as celery, cucumber sticks, raw broccoli and cauliflower.
